Born of our passion for fitness and food, this is our info-hub. Here we share our favorite recipes and healthy living life hacks. 
We want to help people enjoy healthy food without resorting to bland food, breaking the bank or spending half their life in the kitchen.  
You will find that none of our recipes contain seed oils.  There are so many other sources of fat that better support the body. 
We never cook honey – our recipes preserve those precious enzymes, antioxidants and vitamins.
We love food that is alive! Bring on the Sauerkraut, Kaffir and Yoghurt. 
We love flavor that punches!  We don’t go easy on chili, garlic, herbs or spices (feel free to tone things down or even amp them up!).
Most recipes have variations to make the dish fit with lower carb diets. We also offer variations to lower the overall calories. 
It may be cheesy, but the main ingredient is love! We love food and we love to share our food.  Food is a big part of our life, we eat it everyday!
